Alchemize Leaden Goals into Golden Outcomes

⚗️ Goal Alchemy 🧪

One of my client offerings is “Done with You” Mind Movie creation sessions. In short, Mind Movies are hypnotic video vision boards that embed your dreams and goals into your subconscious while in a trance. They were made famous by Dr. Joe Dispenza in his book Becoming Supernatural. In it, he reveals his inspiration from watching a TV commercial and recognizing the hypnotic trance that various forms of media lull us into. Social media scrolling is very much a trance state that, in most cases, does not leave us feeling fulfilled or elevated. It usually has the opposite effect. So, what if we were to entrain our minds in a purposefully designed media trance? I have found video vision boards far more potent than the paper collage versions we often create to manifest our dreams. Mind Movies are also fun and easy to make. A comment I get over and over again during my client sessions is, “This is so much fun!” Yes, it is.

Over time it became clear that some of my clients were struggling to write powerful goal statements (or affirmations, if you prefer), so I synthesized processes from well-known hypnosis techniques into my Goal Alchemy framework. I use this exercise in the first part of my Hero’s Journey workshop if you’d like to get a jumpstart on pursuing a wildly important goal. Otherwise, I walk you through the process in a video and blog post.

Here are some compelling Mind Movie Testimonials:
Becoming an athlete after cancer + healing family
Healing back pain
Fundraising + philanthropy
