Self-Hypnosis Training
I want you to have the tools to help yourself. All plans include self-hypnosis training so you can continue use these practices in other areas of your life.
Clinical Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy Methods
These tools are perfect for issues of bad habits, anxiety, confidence, productivity, self-sabotage, fear, or general stuckness.
High-Performance Coaching
High-performance coaching tools include assessments, exercises, and practices to determine strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Creative coaching methods include a variety of experiences to generate playful understanding, innovation, and mental breakthroughs.
Study Plan
I will share a custom study plan including exercises, readings, and viewings based on your specific career and goals.
Mindfulness and Miscellaneous
Depending on your needs and interests, we may explore other practices to augment the hypnosis process such as meditation, NLP, NVC, Laughter Yoga, drawing, journaling, etc.

Here’s what you get with the plan:
We start with your free strategy call. Once you’ve filled out the detailed intake form, we’ll schedule your first session.
1. Four custom 90-minute hypnosis sessions (spread over 4-8 weeks)
We’ll start by identifying clear goals and outcomes for the sessions. I’ll then plan each 90-minute session to incorporate the best tools for those goals and outcomes.
2. Self-hypnosis training
Your first session will include 20-30 minutes of training in my favorite self-hypnosis method. You’ll practice this between our sessions so that you can quickly and easily create peace and calm in 3 minutes or less.
3. Between-session homework related your plan
Custom practices, worksheets, and audios will support and reinforce the change work we do in each session.
4. Audio recordings of all sessions
All sessions are recorded and then delivered to you via DropBox so that you may continue to benefit from the work we do together.
5. Follow-up action plan
At our final session, we’ll create a roadmap for your continuing success based on the experiences and insights on your goals and outcomes.
