Digital Detox Pause and Reflect
Our human nervous systems weren’t designed for the onslaught of news, information, and media that bombards us. We are still living in the midst of a pandemic that sickens us. So many people are suffering primary trauma from their experiences and then secondary trauma from the “witnessing” of daily worldwide atrocities.
I don’t know about you, but my nervous system has been electrified, and I struggle to function well, advocate, or stand for what I believe. Seeing and feeling the signs, symptoms, and sensations of overwhelm, I am creating a 7-Day Reset for myself. I’m sharing it with anyone that needs or wants to reset their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual states.

The Reset includes:
Learning to dopamine fast
Engaging in brief somatic and reflective exercises
Learning a quick self-hypnosis technique to retain attention and focus
By limiting your use of media and devices, the daily exercises will move energy through your nervous system so that you can create a simple plan of engagement for moving forward after the Reset.
